About

I am a mom of 3 young adults. I am a life coach. I am also an athlete. My husband and I are the lucky parents of 3 young adults and being their mom is my greatest joy in life.

I became an athlete post college. I have run over a dozen marathons including qualifying for & running the Boston Marathon (my athletic dream!), many more triathlons and completed Ironman Lake Placid. I absolutely love sports and being fit.

We are taught from so many the importance of having a coach for sports, music, drama, etc. We are taught it’s necessary to train our body and take care of our body. I am here to teach you that it’s even more important to take care of your mind. I am here to be your personal coach to help you take care of YOU… to ensure you are both mentally healthy and mentally fit. When it comes to your health there is no separation between the mind and the body.

We now live in a world with constant connection and social media. I think the constant connection has led ironically to much loneliness.

I have a psychology background, but I’m not a therapist. I found life coaching and wish I had had these tools earlier in life. I decided to become a life coach to serve women. I especially work with women in mid life with young adult children. Just as our kids are going through many transitions I believe we are too. Now is the time to focus on yourself again and decide how you’d like to spend your time and energy now that your children don’t require quite as much.

I want to help you learn these tools, so you can take them out into the world and become the best version of yourself possible.
